Washington Holdings built the 269-unit project, Center Steps in 2020. Unit interiors will feature shaker cabinets, soothing palettes inspired by the project’s proximity to Lake Union and air conditioning. Common areas include a fitness center and multiple lounges and decks that take advantage of the incredible views of downtown Seattle, the Space Needle, Lake Union, Gasworks Park and the neighborhood park across the street.
