ULI Americas has announced The Liza as one of 19 finalists for their Award for Excellence for 2025.

Awarded since 1979, the Awards for Excellence program recognizes truly superior development efforts in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Winning projects represent the highest standards of achievement in the development industry and illustrate excellence throughout the full development process, not solely its architecture or design.

Winners will be announced on June 30, 2025.
