Hemlock Earns CoStar Impact Award 2024
Washington Holdings and Hemlock won CoStar’s Impact Award 2024 in the Multifamily Development of the Year for Seattle/Puget Sound category. The award recognizes creativity in acquisition, construction, design and community impact. The judges noted that Washington Holdings adjusted to pandemic disruptions, construction delays and steep terrain to convert the site of a closed Safeway supermarket into a mixed residential project that blends into Seattle’s eclectic Greenwood neighborhood.
