Washington Holdings provided a second mortgage to the developer of the Hyatt House Seattle, which features 172-residentially inspired rooms. The hotel is near to the Seattle Center, home of the Space Needle and Pacific Science Center, as well as the EMP Museum. Amenities include a high-tech meeting space, 24-hour workout facility, guest laundry facilities and a rooftop lounge/patio.
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle & Residences
Washington Holdings provided a second mortgage to the developer of the The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, a 21-story luxury hotel & residential tower. The hotel, situated on the first 10 floors of the tower offers 147 guest rooms in addition to extensive meeting facilities & a world-class spa. There are 36 luxury condominiums above the hotel. The property is located in the heart of Downtown Seattle within walking distance to Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum.
