Heron Flats + Lofts

Adjacent to The Carter on the Park in downtown Redmond, Washington Holdings, along with a JV Partner, built Heron Flats + Lofts. This LEED Platinum Property features two 6-story structures separated by a landscaped courtyard and a total of 95 units.  An atrium lounge features a coffee bar in the morning and a wine bar in the evening. Other amenities will include an outdoor podium garden and gym.  The project was completed in 2017.
