Carter on the Park

Together, with their JV Partner, Washington Holdings built The Carter on the Park.  The Carter is a 180-­unit LEED Gold apartment building, including four ground-­‐floor live/work spaces, 22 two-bedrooms, 69 traditional one-bedrooms and 85 urban one-bedroom homes.  The property includes numerous high-­‐end amenities and finishes and community/building features—providing the perfect merger between nature and urban in the heart of downtown Redmond.
